This little guy was anything but trouble despite what his t-shirt says haha. However, getting him to stop sucking his two fingers long enough to get a picture proved to be LOTS of trouble!

Wow!  I can believe that in just two short days 2011 will be over.  It’s amazing how fast time goes these days!  Kim Fordham Photography had an AMAZING year and I’m so excited to share what we’ve been up to in 2011.  Check out the video below to see KFP’s Best of 2011.  A huge thanks to all of my clients for making this the best year yet!!!

A huge thanks to Dale at Fordham Footage for helping we with this slideshow. I may know photography but I’m a total newb when it comes to videos!

I’ve been dying to try out my new orange and blue color scheme and was delighted to hear that baby J made an early entrance into the world.  A perfect opportunity!  He sported the colors well.  Isn’t he adorable???

I hope everyone had happy holidays!  I had a wonderful time but I’m ready to jump back into the photography pool.  First up, here is a beauty from earlier today.  My new favorite colors are green and pink and I have about a dozen set-ups using this color scheme.  Hopefully my next few newborn clients like it as much as I do hahahahaha!

I had a fabulous time working with Baby D and her super nice parents.  I hope to see her back in my studio in the future so I can see how she’s grown!

Little B found a much simpler way of eating his birthday cake during his one-year-old cake smash.  Who needs hands???  He thought it was more efficient to just take his face to the cake haha!

I was definitely looking forward to seeing how much Baby E has grown since I last photographed her as a newborn.  What a difference six months makes!  She’s still as beautiful and adorable as ever.  I can’t wait to see her in six more months!

In the next day or two I plan to inundate my blog with past sessions so that I can get everything up before the year’s end.  I’m a little OCD like that lol.  Enjoy!

Here’s a little one-year-old cutie…

Yep, that’s right.  I am claiming victory over a 2-week-old baby girl.  I WIN!!!  Baby G came to visit me over a week ago for her newborn portraits but went home 2 hours later with nothing to show for it.  She wasn’t feeling well and we just couldn’t get her comfy enough to get anything good.  We decided to try again this week and it definitely didn’t start off much better.  Baby G just wasn’t having it and fought hard to keep her cute little eyes open the entire time.  After a few hours and LOTS of patience, photography won the fight.  Baby G slept long enough for me to get some awesome images for her super sweet yet rightfully frustrated family

And for the record, I held baby G’s head in this position for 20 minutes until she finally closed her eyes and fell to sleep.  By golly, I WAS going to get the shot!
