They say that newborn smiles are caused by gas. I say it isn’t so! This little guy was having a good dream, I could tell But alas, the dreams were short lived and my smiley newborn was not so smiley. I think he was mad that we were trying so hard to get him to sleep when clearly he wanted to be awake. We just weren’t getting the hint!  When we finally figured it out, he was content. Awake, but content.
