This little man kicked off my Valentine sessions. He was completely disinterested in pictures but he adored the lollipop we used to lure him (or bribe, as some may call it). I loved the “King of Hearts” shirt mom had him in and thought it was quite fitting for a Valentine’s Day shoot. Check out this blue-eyed babe!

I really love babies. I love their little noises, their soft skin, their tiny fingers, their sweet smell (well, most of the time anyway). I also love being able to sit and play with a newborn for a few hours knowing that I don’t have to worry about feeding them, changing them or waking up all night with them. Ohhhhhh, I love my job

Well, today was my first session of 2010 so reality has kicked in that my holiday vacation is truly over. The good part is, I’m ready to get back into the swing of things and today’s maternity shoot was an awesome way to do it! This beautiful preggo is a fellow photographer and that always makes shooting fun as she completely understands my burning desire to try out new things.

With the holidays fast approaching I am scurrying to get orders out the door. I appreciate everyone’s patience and hope to have all orders completed in the next two weeks. For the remainder of December, I will only be taking newborn sessions. All other sessions will be scheduled for January. If you pre-purchased your session through my Black Friday special, please be sure to call at least 2 weeks in advance to schedule.

This handsome 14-month-old did what all kids his age do – MOVE! Luckily, my youngest is the exact same way so I’m used to it 
If you’re patient enough (and determined enough haha!), they will eventually stop for a whole millisecond so you can snap a picture.
I really couldn’t think of a better title for this session. This wee one was so sweet and so precious and all I can say when I see these images is awwwwwww!
Baby boy “J” had the cutest little birthmark on his shoulder in the shape of a heart. Mom said that God had stamped him. Awwww!

Muffin? Yep, that’s what mom and dad affectionately called this little cutie pie. This little muffin was totally chubbalicious! I just wanted to eat her up

“Muffin” had an adorable big sister too. She wasn’t really in the picture taking mood but you would never know it with this picture. Look at those curls!
This little boy was adorable and he was so perfect in front of the camera. We were able to do so many different things because he was so cooperative! I love sessions like that
